Package program

After breakfast we depart in our off-road vehicles to Sutjeska National Park. We tour the Perućica primeval forest and from the viewpoints we admire the charms and beauty of the untouched nature of Europe's only primeval forest. We continue toward the Prijevor viewpoint below Maglić - the highest mountain in Bosnia and Herzegovina - from where there is a phenomenal view of Maglić, Volujak, Durmitor, Zelengora, Jahorina, Perućica, the Sutjeska canyon…. We visit beautiful katuns (mountain pastures) and have lunch in nature.

The last location we visit is the Valley of Heroes - Tjentište, a former large tourist center with a rich cultural and historical heritage. Of course, a visit to the monument to the Heroes of the Battle of Sutjeska is a must, as is a tour of what was once the largest open-air swimming pool in Europe at Tjentište.

Lunch is in nature - a lunch pack.

How many people fit in one raft boat?

Rafting boats are usually designed for 6-8 people, plus the skipper. However, there are also larger boats for groups of up to 12-14 people.

Is it necessary to book in advance for rafting on the Tara?

Yes, during the rafting season (May - October) booking in advance is recommended, especially at weekends and for larger groups.
